Experience your surfing adventure in the style of *One Thousand and One Nights*! Tamraght is a small Berber village just a few minutes’ drive from Agadir. Here, desert dust settles on the walls of terracotta houses with flat roofs, cats are everywhere, dozing on street corners, and the smell of fresh khobz bread from the bakery mingles with the scent of salt from the Atlantic.
It’s one of surfers’ favourite destinations, thanks to its authentic Moroccan culture, delicious local cuisine, the warmth of the locals and some of the best surfing spots in Africa. Morning sessions on the waves, evenings watching Moroccan sunsets and the magical atmosphere all make you want to come back here time and time again.
In your spare time, be sure to visit the local market, where you’ll find the world’s most aromatic spices, piles of dried figs and dates, and local textiles and clothing.

We’re staying in a cosy surf house just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The interiors are decorated in a Moroccan style, with a flat roof where we start every morning.
You can choose between a bed in a dorm (€1,130) or a twin room with a private bathroom (€1,329). Both come with air conditioning and access to a communal area, where you can socialise with the whole group after your surfing lessons.
Choose a flight to Agadir–Al Massira Airport (AGA). Let us know your arrival time and we’ll pick you up and take you straight to your accommodation.
